MUNCH ORGANIZING

A munch is very easy to arrange...
one just needs to find a suitable restaurant
to hold it at (a private room is advised),
pick a date and time, and post a reminder of it.
I reserve a room at a local restaurant about 3-4 weeks
in advance and make sure that I have a private room.
I then post a notice that I will be having one/when/where.
I ask those interested to RSVP so that I have a
rough count for the restaurant. I then send a reminder
about a week before and then again about 2 days before
to remind people that there will be a munch.
It really takes very little work and
if you plan to have them each month, it is even easier
as word spreads and everyone knows which night of the
month it will be. I have mine the 4th Saturday of
each month with some exceptions for holidays.
